I purchased a Textile kit for school through Atex.inc.com I have several issues with this company
First of all, I placed the order and in the order confirmation it says that the product will be delivered via UPS ground, but doesn't provide a tracking number so I can track the package
Next, I sent an email to the company asking for the tracking number but never received a response, while falling behind in my class because I don't have the kit
I tried to call the company, and all they have is either email, mail or voicemail for contact information, no live person to answer customer service calls
This company was recommended by my instructor, but even she doesn't understand why no tracking number was given, no estimated date of delivery or why no response to either my first and now my second email requests for a tracking number
I had to leave a voicemail asking for a call back, but I haven't received a call back as of yet
The company received immediate payment via my bank account, but have not produced either the kit, the tracking number or called me back
Buyer beware! It cost more to purchase though the campus bookstore, but it is peace of mind that is well worth the extra money in my opinion
