This company is a fraud. They go around towing cars even with permits on them. They always find an excuse. They are money hungry and even after showing them the permit they still towed the car with permit inside of it. The state needs to investigate them. scheme

Visiting a friend who I have known for a while in autumn ridge apartments (which I previously lived in) and went through a terrible experience by almost being towed at 1 Am in the morning! Luckily we arrived back to the parking lot in time that they were putting our vehicle on the tow and tried to talk to the operant about why our vehicle was being towed. For 1, we were very compliant and simply asked why we were being towed and were ignored, I took it upon my self to go to the driver and ask why was the vehicle being towed if we are visiting a resident, he goes on to tell me that we are not permitted to park in the spot and it was too late to take the vehicle off because it was already hooked up. I proceeded to say that we were college students and that we have been visiting our friend here since high school and never had this issue and he continued to be rude and unprofessional. Me being persistent I knew this wasn't right and continued to ask questions as to why the vehicle was being towed and finally he says "well I can call my boss to see if I can drop it but its 100$ cash". He also goes on to say that "80% of people walk out to try to get the vehicle off the truck at 1 in the morning) which is clearly a lie! Im pretty sure he assumed we were mns because we were college students and also went on to insult us by saying " so where do you guys go , Camden county ?" which is 1 none of his business and totally unprofessional! Im sure he also wasn't aware that we are aware of our consumer rights which he violated and his professionalism was absent as he also went on to smoke a cigarette right in our faces! He also brought his girlfriend along on the job which is just mind boggling to me and yet our vehicle is being towed in a spot that has no sign stating visitors can not park there ? The audacity. And as he finally called his boss which the option wasn't offered in the beginning, his boss sees that my friend does live in the apartment complex he tells him to drop the vehicle and his gf goes on to troll the parking lot again to look for another victim to tow! I am utterly disgusted by his horrible manners and his improper way of not only looking for problems but not properly doing his job!

These guys are scam artists. I seen them pray on the homeless living in their vehicles. ATF would snap pictures of the homeless person living in their car and when they walked away from their vehicle to run into the store to use the restroom or something,.. ATF would hurry and move in and impound their vehicle... knowing that homeless person is in violation of some small parking violation or loitering ticket, they rush in and steal their vehicle and count on that the homeless person not being able to hire a lawyer or pay their extremely high and corrupt impound and storage fee. Therefor, the homeless person has no choice but to let their vehicle go to them... thats the lowest of the lowest everyone. To pray off a group of people who most of them have a mental disability and have a hard time anyways, who are the poorest of the poorest is just sickening... please spread the word and do not support this business.

Review: ATF towing came and towed my car on the grounds that it was the only car without a parking, and as I have taken pictures there was two other cars next to mine that should of been towed if they were going by "no parking permit your car is towed". And after talking to the association if the the guy towing the car was doing his job correctly he would of known the car next to mine was on the tow list and supposed to be towed, but only my car was towed. Also after talking to residents in the complex this company is known for towing residents who just moved into the complex cars per residents that having been living here and know the rules. As I called the next morning the guy was extremely rude, not professional, screamed I was wrong and he was right , I had no pictures to prove my side. I was then yelled at and said if I had a permit why did I not come stop the tow guy ... they say the tow happened around 4 am my room is in the back and would not hear them. When asked twice they could not give an answer it took 4 times to get an answer on a time my car was towed. When ask to see the video they took he said only if I take him to court, also when asked about the video he said there was a burgundy [redacted] to the left that was also towed and there was no such car! A black [redacted] nitro was to the left and and gold [redacted] to the right. Also I was told I only had till 4:30 on Friday to pick the car up but at two different times 6:30 pm and again at 8:31 pm someone was in the Clementon location and I could have of picked my car up. Also when asked for a persons name they refused, over talked me and hung up on me multiple times.Desired Settlement: The settlement I am looking to receive is a refund of 276.75. The amount of the tow and storage fee. As I was told I only had till 4:30 on Friday to pick the car up but at two different times 6:30 pm and again at 8:31 pm someone was in the Clementon location and I could have of picked my car up and avoided the storage fee for the night.
