[redacted] is more than welcome to freeze her training at this point, and when she is able to physically Train again we will honor her sessions as we have explained already, unfortunately this is the same type of responses we received from [redacted] in her interactions with the Staff and Management. Although we have spoken to her on several occasions [redacted] can reach out at anytime again ###-###-####.

I'm not interested in returning to power house they have been nothing but an aggravation to me I sign up to train with [redacted] they did not comply with what I sign up for I guess [redacted] wants to keep making this worst I'm 36 weeks pregnant I will not call or try to speak to anyone over there cause its pointless I have proof that I send an e mail to them before I file the complain with the Revdex.com and I got no response you know what really bothers me about these people is how they lie about everything I will be filing with small claims court because I never sign anything where it said that I was not signing up with a especific trainer I will go explain my case to a judge and bring my receip and my witnesses and let them decide [redacted] does not want to resolve this matter keeps making everything difficult for my self I know tons of customers who left his facility do to the same nonsense I will file this coming days with small claims all I want is my money will not go back ever to his facility

[redacted] did purchase the package of 10 sessions that we had for $299 with Powerhouse Gym. Our policy when signing up members on Personal Training is that we are selling them Personal Training not Trainers and the training packages expire within 6 months,...

with no refunds. The trainer that was working with her resigned, so we immediately called her to schedule her with one of our other trainers as we have 15 Nationally Certified  Personal Trainers at her disposal to train with. [redacted] has not been responsive to our calls to get her Training again.     The [redacted] has spoken to [redacted] several times in person and by phone, as well as several Staff members explaining our policy and trying to get her set up with a new Trainer, she has been rude and verbally abusive to both our [redacted] and Front desk staff.    Customer service has been our top priority for 21 years and we have offered everything we can to [redacted] at this point and would love to have her back in our facility training.

I never got any calls from them about doing the training with someone else also I have witnesses that know I try to resolve this issue with them bycalling leaving messages and this is not a suprise to me that they are lying by saying they have call me the only time I spoke to the [redacted] was when I dropped offf doctor's note and she said [redacted] the owner will contact me about the issue never did until this day I have never use bad language when calling or leaving messages the personal trainer did not leave willingly she got fired like so many others she will be a witness that when she sold me the package it no where it said it will expired unfortunately I can't train any longer I have a doctors note they need to refund this money to me I have been wanting to go over there to try and resolve this matter but im 35 weeks pregnant and don't need there rudeness I have lots of witnesses that can testified that I been patient about this matter I will never go back to train over there the last message I left for the [redacted] I told her if I didn't hear from them in a couple of days I will filled a complain with the Revdex.com and that's why I decided to file the complain my next step will be  to go the legal way I will not let them steal 
My money [redacted] is so unprofessional he has had many problems with lots of customers if anything they have been disrespectful to me by not calling always saying that [redacted] its not in and the list goes on and on I was supposed to train with [redacted] they did not deliver what I sign up for period so I want money back I have doctors notes physical therapist note I can provide as proof like I said I was going to train witha another girl but unfortunately she did leave on her own bottom line is [redacted] needs to provide proof that the y call me and also I did not sign contract where it said it will expire six months from purchase I hope the Revdex.com can see that im telling the truth and can help with this matter n

Review: I had signed up for personal training at this location with an especific trainer I paid 299.99 for 10 secions I was only able to use 2 because the trainer got fired I think it was the gyms fault they have lied in numerous occasions I was pregnant and felt comfortable training with her unfortunately after trainer was gone I try to training with another one but shortly she left I was not able to train anymore because of back injury I gave power house a doctor's note I have try to contact them left numerous message's this has been a 2 month thing every time I called I get an attitude nobody returns phone calls this will be my last resorce to resolve this matter Im looking to get a refund for 239.00 for the 8 seccions I did not get I would've never have signed up for training if I knew the trainer was not going to be there.Desired Settlement: I just want my money back there costumer service is horrible rudness not including they are so unprofessional by not returning calls ect .
