Review: Requested a new wheelchair in Oct 2013.Here it is Jul 2014 and still no chair. Lots of paperwork was done by us. Doctor Visit and prescription obtained and provided to NuMotion.Burger Physical Therapy for power chair evaluation and results provided to NuMotion after several problems caused by [redacted] Therapy.About 5 or 6 weeks later [redacted] called me and said Medicare had disapproved the claim because of wrong forms. She wanted me to talk to [redacted] and see if they would redo on NuMotion Forms. [redacted] refused because [redacted] would not provide me with the Disapproval from Medicare.It appears that [redacted] never submitted the claim to Medicare. She did medicare's work and determined that the forms weren't proper.We then went to Sutter Roseville Therapy and NuMotion Forms were completed by the Therapist,Amanda and Rafael Gutierrez from NuMotion. The papers were submitted to the Doctor for completion in January 2014. [redacted] wasn't happy with the Doctor's work and several phone calls & faxes back & forth between [redacted] and the Doctor's Personnel. Early April 2014, [redacted] is still not satisfied and wanted me to talk to the Doctor. I asked her to give me all the paperwork and I would take to the Doctor and then return to her. The next day [redacted] told me that herself and Megan in the doctor's office had resolved all the problems. She said she had to submit them to Medicare by 21 Apr 2014 as they would expire on that date. May 2014 [redacted] told me that she had submitted the papers to Medicare 29 Apr 2014 and we should be getting letters from Medicare. I'm still waiting.Jun 30 2014 I contacted [redacted] and left a voice mail asking for information. 1 Jul 2014 [redacted] called and said she had contacted Medicare on 26 Jun 2014 and was expecting a response anytime. By now I wake up and realize I'm getting the Royal Snow Job. I call Medicare and was told No Claims had been submitted to them.Now I call [redacted]'s Boss Mr [redacted] ([redacted]). More to say but no room left.Desired Settlement: I really want a power wheelchair but I can see that they are not going to do it.I would appreciate at the least an apology for their dception. Also an apology to Dr [redacted] and her office staff for [redacted]'s continued harassment. This Power Wheelchair is for my daughter, [redacted] who is using a 21 year old power wheelchair that I repair as much as I can.
