ATGC - The Genetics Company

I had an excellent experience with this company. They have better customer service than the other DNA labs in the city. I've had to go to three. The first one did the test wrong. I"m a grandmother and the first lab ran my test like I was the mother. The second one made me come back to do my picture because they forgot to take it or check my id. Finally I'd had enough. I contacted one more company, iTest DNA. The case manager was really professional. It's nice because I didn't have to wait and their office is better than a dirty waiting room at the drug testing place the other company sent me to.
