My wife visited the Capital Dental Group Office December 09, for a regular clean up and therefore, before the services were performed she was told that our dental insurance was covering 100% of the basic services that included cleaning and x-raysDuring February we received an invoice for $dollars for the services that were covered by our dental insuranceWe visited the Capital Dental Group on February 5, and we were told by Ms*** that the information provided to us was under the assumption that the insurance was supposed to cover all services and she further stated that she was not able to pull the basic rates for these services from the insurance websiteI did complain about because that is not correct because I visited the same office on December and they were able to provide me an estimate at front and they were able to pull all the ratesIn addition, the dentist has suggested to my wife to come back for a secon
