My ceiling has had a hole in it since 10/10/15; a claim was filed for the restoration on my bedroom ceiling 11/11/( delayed by the rains which devastated many parts of Dallas.) My roof was completed June 6, 2016; a check was issued and Ms Wolosek has not contacted me to sign the two party check which was released to her on August 27,
Money was allotted to cover the interior claim, in the amount of 1,No work has begun on the second claimI have developed a respiratory condition due to exposure to the carpet and the hole which needs to be repairedMoney was allotted for correcting the wall which was damaged when the rains broke thru the roof at 3:am 10/10/
I need help in getting the funds restored so the hole can be repaired~the check was sent to her by Dewey Simpson (the contractor,) to get her signature firstI agreed to sign it after she did
Neither Mr Simpson or Ms *** have returned by calls~the insurance company has closed my claim momentarily
