Review: I went into Athena Nails for two services, I had to stop one of my services midway because I was unhappy with my technician, I brought it to management's attention when I was paying for my service and was met with hostility, embarrassment (they confronted the technician in front of me, and in the middle of the salon, with all of their other clients watching), they turned my complaint into a she said she said situation and made me feel so embarrassed that I just paid for the service rather then have them call the police or what have you. So basically, management was unwilling to hear my complaint and forced me to pay. You can visit their [redacted] page for similar situations.Desired Settlement: $35
