Initial Business Response / [redacted] (1000, 5, 2015/12/22) */ We reviewed our claim documentation system and summarized the following notepad entries which were entered on the specific dates indicated: 12/11/15: [redacted] received call from Ms [redacted] asking for status of the settlement approval [redacted] left Ms [redacted] a voice mail message advising she was sending the settlement in for a walk through approval [redacted] sent an email to the attorney that same date referring the file to him to walk through the approval 12/14/15: Supervisor, [redacted] received a call from Ms [redacted] advising she did not hear back from *** [redacted] updated her on the plan of actionMs [redacted] asked that any further updates come from [redacted] rather than *** 12/21/15: [redacted] spoke with the attorney to find out the estimated date the walk through would be completedHe indicated he would attempt to get it done this week [redacted] called Ms [redacted] and left a voicemail advising of the plan and asked her to call back on 12/28/for an update The settlement documents are still with the attorney to obtain the WCAB board settlement approval [redacted] will follwith Ms [redacted] once the settlement documents are approved and payment can be issued Complaint Response Date bumped because: Holiday Initial Consumer Rebuttal / [redacted] (3000, 7, 2015/12/25) */ (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.) [redacted] never contacted me since November.previously before she never contacted meAnd I have the phone logs to prove itAnd also my calls to the front office and the supervisors [redacted] Poor customer satisfactionI had also contacted the corporation about my dissatisfactionNot worry about the settlement coming before the holidaysPoor communication and customer service [redacted] is a liarHope she tries to work on her job performanceAnd no one else will get lied toLook at the when I signed my settlement agreementAnd that will tell you how much time has passed [redacted] Final Business Response / [redacted] (4000, 11, 2016/01/29) */ Hello [redacted] In follow up to our telephone conversation of January 22nd, these are the events that I was personally involved in regarding the resolution of this claim On XX-I left a voice mail for Ms [redacted] explaining that we were nearing resolution of her claim, and I hoped to have the final award from the Judge by the end of the year, but she should contact me on December 28th for an update if she had not heard from me by then On XX-I called and spoke with Ms [redacted] indicating that the Judge did sign off on her settlement on January 22nd, I verified her address and advised that the check would be issued On XX-the settlement check in the amount of $was issued to Ms [redacted] , a copy of which is enclosed for your review At this time the file has been closed as all issues have been resolved Let me know if you have any questionThank you [redacted] Claims Supervisor Athens Administrators
