Hoover General Contractors personnel were very friendly and professional from the time I called for a review of my roof to the time of completing the projectThe project manager was always available to answer my questions and provide any details I requested to help me fully understand the project At the time the project manager was ordering shingles for my roof he was notified of a sale on shingles that are considered to be a higher grade than the ones I had decided to purchaseHe took the time to call me immediately to provide me this option since the sale was going to end in a couple of daysThe roof on my house looks beautiful and I was impressed that the yard/driveway, etcwas very clean and free of debrisI have no reservation in recommending this company to anyone who needs the services it provides
Of all the companies that provided quotes for our repair, Hoover was the most professional from start to finish including an itemized (and detailed) initial estimate
