Dear Sirs, I am responding to the complaint filed by [redacted] of [redacted] **, Manassas, VA Since I am unsure of exactly what she is complaining about, I will try to answer any & all questions regarding this project from conception to completionThere is still an amount owed by these clients in the amount of $2,for unpaid tile & coping payment & $2,for the unpaid plaster paymentI have enclosed copies of original design & sign off sheet which expressed the approval of the home owners agent at time of commencement of workIn it she approves the location, elevation & all dirt to remain at site Against our recommendations, the homeowner decided to change the original design of the pool which was intended to act as retaining wall which they requested us to take downWe never assured them in any way that we had included cost in the job to haul away related debris to the dismantling of this wallI do believe that I had told them that if our deck installer found that he could reuse the material, he would likely take itThat being said, he had no use for it & left it at site As of this date 8/20/we have an unpaid balance due & payable for our work on this project & according to our construction agreement, there is no warranty on this pool until paid in full & the client will be responsible for any cost involved in collection proceedings Furthermore, Sunrise Pools also incurred an additional $expense due to customers changing of the design of raised bond beam which was not part of our original agreement

owed by these clients in the amount of $2,000 for unpaid tile & coping payment & $2,400 for the unpaid plaster payment. I have enclosed copies of original design & sign off sheet which expressed the approval of the home owners agent at time of commencement of work. We are sincerely apologetic regarding this entire incident. We had indeed cancelled this reservation when we were contacted by the guest, but one of our newly hired employee later mistakenly reinstated the cancelled reservation and it then went on to be charged as a no show since the guest did not...

After Investigating into this matter and the employee In question has admitted that the reinstatement of this reservation was indeed made in error.We make It a practice to put the needs of our guests before anything else and we always do whatever we can in order to make their stay with us a positive one. We have processed the refund immediately after being contacted about the guest regarding the charges made to their card. This is something that has never happened before and we will ensure through proper training that it will not happen in futureagain.
