I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below
[To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, we would like to know your view on the matter.Basically Athens Painting, through its owner, cannot remember what they say, write and commit toSee as your reference the original contract proposal completely written in Mr*** handwriting (see attached)It is clear that their work was well beyond the few items the he now states in his response letter. Even when considering using his shorten scope of work, they still missed the mark by extreme measures There was no way, without being a little crazy on my part, that I was going to let them start the upper work in this unprofessional manner and just to continue down this totally unsatisfactorily path; and, with me having to pay for a boom lift rental and these guys cannot not work in any due diligence manner- definitive time would have been a necessary; to this end they were not one to keep their promises relative to time, and professionalism of the workSo, why would I have, then allow them to begin , on the upper level,when they cold not get the lower areas complete.(see attached flied survey sheets indicating nearly all of he areas of incomplete work; same sheets copies were hand to them n site as we together walked he site looking at the unfinished places as noted on the survey sheets; less than three quarters through the survey, *** cussed at me while stating that he was not coming back to this job...***) Later yes, a boom lift would have been needed then and not before. I delayed nothing, Athens would come late and leave early on excellent days for exterior painting workThe owner was on his phone more than he was painting or directing his team to make certain that were properly and timely performingFor Athens Painting possibly this was beyond their capacity to do. On the matter of tow/haul truck expense, which I had pay on their behalf (see on the same contract proposal in his own handwriting the act of which I stated.)At the end of the day I will be pursuing, through the courts, appropriate compensate back for incomplete work and certain other expenses as already noted, rest assured

I [redacted], owner of Athens Painting, am replying to the Letter. The painting job that I'm doing at the house for [redacted] was started near the of August. The contract was to do all the frame windows paint the four brick walls all of the gutters. We completed all of the lower...
parts of the building. Mr. [redacted] was supposed to come and bring the boom lift to complete the higher parts of the building but he delayed the process of completion of work by not bring the lift. Since he was delaying to bring the boom lift, I could not fulfill my contract and completed the painting of the building, so I had to continue on to another job. Mr. [redacted] wrote to the Revdex.com, stated in a different way of which occurred. Mr. [redacted] wanted me to bring my workers back to do all of the small touch ups on the building. All of those spots, that he showed me were very high and need a boom lift. We had meeting to come back and finish the job but Mr. [redacted] wold have brought the boom lift, I would have finished the job in four days. Mr. [redacted] wrote cagroth for things saying about a trailer and payod for a towe truck. I have no idea or conclusion where this came from. He stated that he bought some points but we don't know why because we stated in the complaint that the painter has to buy all materials. The final thing that he stated was that we took a water hose spayer nozzle. Athens Painting does not owe any money to Mr. Bertram [redacted].
