Received collection notices from Collection Services of Athens, Incfor unpaid invoices for Athens Radiology Associates I contacted establishment and explained these invoices were never sent to me from Athens Radiology Associates; therefore, I did not know I owned them Once I received the invoices from the Collection service, I immediately sent payment I had open-heart surgery in January and other invoices related to my surgery and paid as much as 3100.00, in one check I don't understand why I wouldn't have written a check for as little to a radiology establishment if I had known about it

I received a bill from ARA for an emergency room visit on 10-25- The bill was referred to the Department of Veteran Affairs for payment The bill was not paid right away the reasoning I received was that the proper form was not filed I contacted ARA along with two other companies to make sure they were filing the right form (1500) The other companies were paid and about three to four months later I received another bill from ARA for the same amount ($259) but with a misspelled first name I contacted the Augusta VA and was told ARA was sending the bills to the Atlanta VA and not the Augusta VA I contacted ARA to tell them to send the bill to the Augusta VA Their response was that they did send the bills to Augusta and received denial letters back I call back the Augusta VA and was told nothing was submitted to Augusta The denials on my record were from the Atlanta VA (I am not enrolled there) I contacted ARA to let them know I contacted my provider and they have no
