Review: I shipped 8 vehicles with ATI USA INC. 4 of these vehicles landed at the destination three weeks ago and collecting demurrage and other charges. I have paid all the shipping charges to ATI USA INC. Till date they have not provided me with the Bill Of Lading for those vehicles to enable my agent to claim the goods. I have been calling and emailing them to no avail.Desired Settlement: I want ATI USA INC to provide the Bill of Lading to all vehicles shipped immediately and agree to refund all the additional expenses I incur due to their delay.
