I am rejecting this response because: Ms [redacted] Resolution and Review Specialist Phone: [redacted] *** [redacted] Follow up to our conversation this PMApologize for my message indicating I was considering closing this complaintIn a Oct communication with Mr [redacted] , Regional General Manager, ATI Windows, he stated I would be contacted NLT Thursday Oct to finalize my warranty payment and schedule window(s) installation [see attached email]As of this email, 4:PM, Oct 17, I have not been contacted by ATI Windows This attitude/behavior of, promise and failure to follow through, has characterize their dealing with me since I submitted my Warranty Claim on Aug 17, weeks ago! Based on their demonstrated attitude/behavior in responding to warranty claims, I will not be satisfied until the windows have been installedRequest your assistance in reopening this complaint [redacted] Hm: [redacted]

We are still working on thisWe have walked this house and are ordering glass needed [redacted] General Manager

We are working with Mr*** to get his matter resolved

MsCarmona, As of today, May 11th 2017, Mr ***s check was deposited in the mailHe should be in receipt of the check early next week. Mr*** fails to mention that after we received the glass in our Stockton warehouse, he was called and told us he would call back after he
talked with his wife. We were awaiting his availability to install the glassBeing as it did not work out, his money will be refunded in fullI left him a message notifying him of the mailing of his check Sorry for the inconvenience Rich Martin General Manager

In a 25 Oct 17 communication with Mr. [redacted], Regional General Manager, ATI Windows, he stated I would be contacted NLT Thursday 26 Oct 17 to finalize my warranty payment and schedule window(s) installation [see attached email]. As of this email, 4:20 PM, 27 Oct 17, I have not been contacted by ATI Windows.  This attitude/behavior of, promise and failure to follow through, has characterize their dealing with me since I submitted my Warranty Claim on 8 Aug 17, 11 weeks ago! Based on their demonstrated attitude/behavior in responding to warranty claims, I will not be satisfied until the windows have been installed. Request your assistance in reopening this complaint.
