She stated she found the item on our website for 83.00. Our website clearly shows a up charge for plus size items. Her dress was a...

size 16.
 We explained to her that our website still will charge shipping and sales tax. She left from our register saying she ordered it online because she wants the item delivered to her home. 
The dress plus the up charge came to 123.00. In addition, the sales tax was 7.81 and the freight was 15.00. The client was clearly told there is a charge on the website for these items prior to leaving the retail location. 
Furthermore, the client clicked that she accepts all our terms and conditions when she placed her order. The terms clearly state that there are no returns or exchanges. 
I feel this client is simply looking for a handout which does not exist.
