Atid Properties

Atid properties has many incompetent people working for them and they are not the most willing company at working with their renters. Their rental properties are not kept up whatsoever and are very dirty. One look at any of their properties and you can tell that they do not care about their renters but only filling their pockets. Many things were falling apart within the building I stayed in that were never fixed despite some work orders that were filled out. Very disappointed with this business and their practices. I would highly recommend that renters go with someone other than Atid Properties.
