Review: This company was doing payroll services for [redacted] in Nashville, TN during 2013. Under court order, they withheld child support payments from the paycheck of an employee and never sent them in to the Child Support enforcement office. They withheld two payments totaling $541.71. The payments were never received by child support services. The company has been unwilling to research the issue, provide the payments to child support services, or refund the withheld amounts. They are not answering the calls received either.Desired Settlement: Refund payments withheld, provide proof of submission, or send payments in as ordered.
