Review: I purchased a dress for my daughters quinceanera on Sunday January 12, 2014 at 5:00pm. We were told that the order for the dress would not be placed that evening due to the fact that it was not a working buisness day. Instead, it would be placed the following day. When we got home, my daughter made me aware that the priest had told her that she could not wear black at the church. The dress we ordered does have some black on it. First thing on Monday January 13, 2014, I called the store and asked to speak to the manager. I was told that she was busy on the other line with a customer. So left her the message to NOT to order the dress. We called three or four times after that to make sure she recived the message and I was told that she did and the order would not be placed so to not worry about it. Then, when I got home from work I called to see about the deposite and they told me that the sell was final and that the order had already been place at 4pm and that no one had given her the message. I do understand that on the recipt it says the sale is final. However, I feel that it is very unfair that the dress was even orderd after I had called them four times making sure the dress order was not sent out due to the circumstances. At this point I know that they just want my deposite of $334.00. After I talked to the girl that placed the order, she simply said she was sorry and it was final. She didnt care that we had called first thing in the morning all morning to get this cleared out. Again I feel it is very unfair and shows very poor customer service on thier part. I dont believe I inconvienanced the buisness from placing the order from one day to another. Again I am in shock that this buisness would try to just keep my money like this.
