I am rejecting this response because:No problem is solvedI paid the money @2/to account ***, I got payment confirmation email as I provided last email and I also found my credit card was charged on 2/exact amount as the email statingBut *** said they didn't get
the payment at all and no amount was credit to the account I paid. I wanted to know if *** got the money or not? If got , where is the money going? If not, why you charged my credit card ?

If someone can provide the referenced attachments that I have not seen I would be happy to take care of this.  They can be emailed directly to me at [redacted]@atkinsinc.com As stated the referenced account number in our system shows a different name and address for the customer information and I have not seen the invoice that was referenced as an attachment. Best, [redacted]
