Mr *** contacted our company to inspect his roof and we did and found damage to the roof which was causing damage to the insde of his house in one roomWe did a temp repair to the roof until his insurance company *** could come look at the roofThe bill for Mr*** temp repair was given
to *** for which they paid for this workMr *** signed a contract with our company on July 24, ( Copy attached as scan 0055) The contract clearly stated all the charges and penalties for late and non paymentMr*** was informed that if he did not want our company to do the work on the inside then we would not bill him for that partAfter Mr*** recieved the estimate from *** and the payment from them he then wanted us to do other than what the insurance was paying for so that he could keep most of the moneyHe was informed that we could not do that and if he wanted to void the contract he could by just paying the amount for the repair and cancellation fee( See Article of contract)Mr *** refuse to do any of that and was sent a certified letter that his payment was late and that a lien would be placed on his property if payment was not recieved.( Letter was sent Certified mail om 8/28/17) On 9/5/we placed a lien on his property per the letter that was sent and recieved to Mr ***A copy of the lien was sent certified mail to Mr *** on 9/13/Mr*** account has been turned over to collection and court action will be taken on or about 10/16/if he has not paid his past due amountPer his contract his past due amount is accuring interest per day until it is paid. If Mr*** wishes to resolve this matter we will be more than willing to reach a setlement agreement with Mr*** of $2675.00, which is less than what he owes at this timeThis settlement price is only good until 4:p.mon 10/13/Payment must be in the form of a certified check made payable to Atkins Services Incat that time we will give Mr*** a lien release.If ou have any question please feel free to contact our office

We have spoken with Ms***, and have solved this issueMs*** was not the owner when we were sent to look at the leak and since that time the warranty service plan was switched to her name after she took ownership of the houseWe addressed the issue that was on the work order and this was
