I am a licensed broker in the great state of NH, and have used this company's leads for over a year nowThe leads have been great for me and my business as most of them are warm leads and welcoming to my services I am more than satisfied with what this company brings to the tableThank you and keep up the good work
This Company seems to be a scam. I am an insurance agent that mainly deals in life and long term care, and medicare supplements. I have "shopped" through several different companies, and this is by far the worst. I signed up for the website and input my credit card information (big mistake) on the main web page they state that they may not send leads without first sending via fax a signed contract, I did not do that as I wanted to browse my options before committing to any one company. in the next week two charges of $55.00 each were drafted from my card. when I contacted the business, the gentleman I spoke with (Monti) was incredibly rude and made it seem as though I input bad information. two Long term care leads were sent, but to my junk inbox. after trying to reach these leads, I finally got ahold of one, who informed me that she was was not at all interested in long term care and instead wanted a small 10-30K burial policy. Big difference. I have still never been able to reach the second lead, but im sure it is garbage information as well. when I contacted them about my problem I reached Monti again. I told him I was unhappy with the misleading leads and I wanted my money back since they took it without my authorization in the first place. He hung up on me, since I have never been able to get ahold of him via telephone, although he had sent me some rude emails defining the word "May." This company is a scam, and they will ignore you when you try to get your money back for the phony leads they send. someone should definitely investigate this sham.
