Atkinson Home Hardware was contracted to renovate main bathroom according to statement of work agreed to by us and themsome of the work done by their original installers did not meet specifications or was unsuitableAn additional installer was require to repair the shoddy work and additional material and procedures were required to correct other deficienciesWe verbally requested that these measure be added to the contract for warranty purposeThis was dismissed and so mid-July we sent a registered letter to the managementThis letter has been unanswered
