Review: This company was hired to deliver porta-johns to the Roaring Run Watershed Association in Apollo Pa. fund raiser. They were contacted and hired a few months ago. The were also contacted on April 14th to verify they would be delivering the porta-johns. They were to be delivered on April 17th for our fund raiser on April 18th.Tried to contact them on the 18th to see what time the would deliver. No answer and they NEVER delivered the porta-johns or called to say they would not be there.. This company put a non-profit organization in a BAD situation. We had over 250 people coming to our fund raiser ( 5k and 15k race.)and NO toilet faculties. This really put us in a bad situation with our participants.I called them on April 20th and asked why they did not deliver as contracted. I was told "Sorry we forgot, he went away for the weekend".terrible way to do business and hurt a NON-PROFIT organization and seemed like they didn't care they did it to us. We got a sorry and we forgot. These things happen. How often do these so called " I don't care about my customers" happen?This is one business I would NOT recommend to anyone to do business.They don't deliver and don't seem to care.Desired Settlement: We ordered 4 units at $95 each.We did not get any and had to borrow some from another company.I believe the should pay us the $95 for each units a total of 4 at the cost of $380 and $120 dollars more for the inconvenience and bad position they put the Roaring Run Watershed Association in at one of only 2 fundraisers we hold.I believe that would be fair to Roaring Run Watershed Association, since this may hurt us on future fundraiser because of NOT having proper toilet faculties.
