Review: My car was left on 95 on Wednesday July 09, 2014 due to a flat tire. It was there towed by Atkinson towing & Recovery to the office. While the car was in there custody the bumper was ripped off on one side , on the bottom of the buttom it is completly cracked from the front to the back, the paint was scrapped off and there is black paint all over the under part of the bumper from the tow truck. The guy who towed the truck and his wife which are both managers were very rude they did not seem to care about the damage that they did to our car. They stated that it was our fault because the tire was flat so the car was to low, and they refused to pay for the damage and they both walked away which is very unprofessional for managers of a company so the state police were called out and the company now has to pay for the damage that they did to our car. This company has very bad customer service and they are very very rude.Desired Settlement: I would like the company to pay for the damage to the car ( which they are already going to do, Thanks to the help of the State Police)We would also like to refunded back the $200.00 that we paid to this company
