I am rejecting this response because: The vehicle was not vandalized util bringing it back to the lot of the said Lien HolderThe insurance adjuster had me to do a police report because they too under steady investigations believed that the car was damaged at Atkinson's shopThe vehicle has been picked up from the repair shop, MrAtkinson received a separate check in the amount of $from my insurance company, as they filed a separate claim for the damagesI have documentation from *** as well as a police reportI have also spoken with the repair shopI am without a vehicle and none of my money has been reimbursedI also have statements from another customer that they too has been a victim of this fraudulent activityI also received a letter from Atkinson's stating that the vehicle will be sold on or after 1/13/and I would be responsible for any money owed after the saleI don't have my scanner up, but will be willing to fax or mail documents

The car was brought to our lot and told it had been vandalized by someone who put...
something in the transmission in an effort to damage car, which it did. I made contact with [redacted] insurance co. that sent an adjuster out to ck the car. He had the car taken to our local Dodge dealer for them to check the transmission. [redacted] INS agreed to pay for the car to be repaired and would send a ck to the policyholder making it payable to her and Atkinson Used Cars, they did not. The ck was made out to only the policyholder. Ms. [redacted] cashed the ck and did not fix the car. Now the car is at the Dodge Dealer, still not repaired with a $250.00 diagnosis fee that they are making us pay before we can get the car. [redacted] Claim# B[redacted]1401. This process has taken 3 months Ms. [redacted] was 3 monthly payments behind which gave us no choice but to repossess the vehicle. We filed a complaint with the Georgia Insurance Commissioner and they agreed with us and paid us to repair the car, but they did not give us the $250 diagnosis fee. I hope this clears up this incident.
