Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below Thank you for forwarding the business response in regard to my complaint [redacted] I like to emphasis that the patio light was perfectly working before the electrician came we normally have patio lights on every nightso when MR tom says the patio light hadn't been used for long time is not trueI think the problem was the helper which seemed to be in training with MR .Tom he was the one who mixed up everything causing this problem even he blew up one outlet starting the replacements .I wasn't trying to take advantage of this business .on the second visit tom who couldn't find the problem came up with a plan of getting power from other electric outlet close to the wall and run the wire thru the dry wall to give power to the disabled patio powerhe did not mention how much extra he would charge for implementing this planeven he set the time to come and fix it on the following Tuesday which he did not show up and he did not answer my calls .MrTom's helper cracked the mirror in the master bedroom bathroom on his second day visit when he was opening all the outlets and switches the he had installed the day beforeunfortunately I did not check the mirror until that night and he never answered my calls I couldn't mention the mirror because I wasn't able to talk to him .my point is that the cracking mirror happened after the patio and on the second dayI never expected him to fix the patio problem for freethat was his responsibility to tell me how much it would cost me.thanks for your time Regards, [redacted]

In response to complaint [redacted] in 8/22/2017 by [redacted], I did the job of replacing all receptacle switches and covers. We finished the job and Mr. [redacted] called me the next day saying his back patio light didn't work. The next day I went back to see what the problem was. I looked...

through all the switches and outlet that may of supplied power to the switch and found no bad connections. There was no power to the switch that tuned on the patio light to further review of the patio lights I noticed that someone had done some conduct into the stuco the bad lights. The lights looked old and corroded and looked light they haven't been worked on in years. That when I thought he was trying to get me to fix a problem I had not created. He wanted us to change some telephone cover and tv cover that wasn't part of the contract so out of pleasing the customer we did so. I told him we could come back, gut out the wall and get power to the back patio light switch and patio wall but he didn't seem to like the idea. After I thought about it I feared I didn't cause that problem to happen because all we did was change the switch, receptacle and covers. I didn't know anything about the [redacted] being crooked because it wasn't what we left and never mentioned it. The time when I went back to troubleshoot the patio light switched. I don't think that he would pay me after I finished the job if I left the job unfinished. He gave me a check right after we completed the job only to come back and change the TV jack and telephone  cover which I did the next day. In my mind I fulfilled mu part of the contract by doing what he asked/ I didn't return any of the phone calls when he called me again because he wanted me to come back to fix a problem that I never created.  As for as I know we didn't create [redacted].  We did change the outlet in the bathroom that was the center of the mirror but it wasn't crooked when we left and he mentioned nothing babout it when we were there to vchange the TV. There is my side of the story, we did not change any electrical outlet.

Thank you for forwarding the business response  in regard to my complaint [redacted]. I like to emphasis that the patio light  was perfectly working before the electrician came . we normally have patio lights on every night. so when MR tom says the patio light hadn't been used for long time is not true. I think the problem was the helper which seemed to be in training with MR .Tom he was the one who mixed up everything causing this problem  even he blew up one outlet starting the replacements .I wasn't trying to take advantage of this business .on the second visit tom who couldn't find the problem came up with a plan of getting power from other electric outlet close to the wall and run the wire thru the dry wall to give power to the disabled patio power. he did not mention how much extra he would charge for implementing this plan. even he set the time to come and fix it on the following Tuesday which he did not show up and he did not answer my calls .Mr. Tom's helper cracked the mirror in the master bedroom bathroom on his second day visit when he was opening all the outlets and switches the he had installed the day before. unfortunately I did not check the mirror until that night  and he never answered my calls I couldn't mention the mirror because I wasn't able to talk to him .my point is that the cracking mirror happened after the patio and  on the second day. I never expected him to fix the patio problem for free. that was his responsibility to tell me how much it would cost me.thanks for your time.
