ATL Services - Tree and Landscaping

Review: ATL took down a very large tree in my front yard on 5/18/15. By the time they finished with the removal of the tree it was dark. The owner, [redacted] stated they would be back to grind the stump, which was part of the paid service deal.

As of today's date, 8/31/15, they have not completed the job. When I have contacted him, either I have to leave a message or he gives me an excuse of equipment problems. I've received several promised dates but they do not show up or call.Desired Settlement: I would like the stump ground as paid for. There is a tree growing out of the stump now.

Review: I ordered wood to be delivered. Day 1 I was told by [redacted] delivery was on its way, Then I was called and told it was still coming but would be later in the day. Nothing came and no one answered the phone.

Day 2 I spoke with a woman who answered the phone and was apologized to for the non delivery but assured it was coming, then I received a text that it was delayed but would be delivered after 5 pm, No delivery No answer when calling or texting.

Day 3 I received a call at 730 am, I returned the call, No answer- I texted NOT to deliver as I would not do business with them because of the lies I was continually fed and their unreliability.

The reply text I got was "[redacted] You", "& your an [redacted]","I hope you get wet wood :)"

Completely unacceptable and uncalled for.Desired Settlement: Apology for the lies and non delivery and for the responses given via text
