Hi *** this is Marlon the owner of Atl's Finest Weave ShopAfter reading your complaint I was furious because I just knew that my stylist did not treat you in such a way that she blew you off and didn't want to fix your hair
However, after discussing this matter with her, her story was the
complete oppositeShe actually sent me text messages where you were extremely happy with your hair, and that caused you to send other people to our salon
In the message you mentioned you wanted to get your hair done mid march, so now I am wondering whether you were looking to get a free hair due because of the people you sent to us, or whether you really hair a bad sew-in
Because of the text messages she forwarded to me from you, which I will gladly send them to you if you are interested in seeing them again, I take this as a joke and a way to get a freebie
So there is nothing I will do in regard to your complaint
Because I am all about customer service if you want more hair I am willing to give you a good discount on it, but in regard to the service there is nothing I will do about that
Have a wonderful day, and inform me of whether you want to receive the text messages I was forwarded, or the discount on hair

You installed the hair and you think I will be able to give you the money back? With hair you never know what you are going to get. Sometimes you get amazing bundles, other times you wont.
Needless to say, I still want to resolve your issue and make you happy, but it will not include receiving your money back.
