I have known and worked with Phillip A and Atlanta Audio & Automation for over 10 years. Phillip has designed home automation systems for me in two different homes during that period, most recently in a new home we purchased just this year.
During the time I have worked with AA&A, the technology available to homeowners has expanded tremendously. While I like to think of myself as somewhat knowledgeable, Phillip's technical expertise and guidance have introduced me to a whole world of new possibilities that I never would have discovered for myself. He stays on top of all of the latest industry developments and is able to design systems for his clients that not only take advantage of new equipment and technology but are also very practical, resulting in the kinds of systems that make you wonder how you ever lived without them.
Just as important as their technical and design expertise, though, Phillip, Jon and the rest of the team at AA&A are truly service oriented. In my mind, this may be their most important attribute. It reveals itself in the initial system design (developing a plan that is right for your needs and your budget), during installation (neatness and a respect for your home is paramount throughout the process), and in follow-up service and training (even a self-proclaimed A/V junkie like me needs plenty of technical support). AA&A is always responsive, whether it's a few months or even a few years after the job is complete.
As with most businesses, there are many A/V and home automation companies from which to choose. For over ten years, AA&A has been my firm of choice. I would wholeheartedly recommend AA&A to anyone who is looking for the best in design, installation and service.
