Atlanta Check Cashers

Went to this location to cash a check, company held on to my check, without acknowledging why, I asked why my check was being held, customer service rep stated that I owe from a previous check, advised them I did't in Atlanta during the time they stated, they also provided me with a social security number of the person that cashed the check, I provided my information to verify that it indeed was not myself, they still held on to my check , refusing to cash or return the check to myself
