July 22, Revdex.com New Mexico and SW Colorado Jefferson StNE, SteA Albuquerque, NM Re: Complaint / ** [redacted] # [redacted] A.MTelephone we are totally shocked by ** [redacted] * [redacted] complaintWe have been serving ***'s complaintWe have been serving ** [redacted] since We were called out to their location because they were down and out of serviceOur main concern was that their business was suffering because they had no telephone serviceWe sent two technicians to diagnose the problemThe diagnosis was that their processor was badOne of the techs came back to the shop to get a replacement processorThe processor was replaced and programmed and our customer was back in business, before leaving was had then sign our work orderA.MTelephone sent a invoice to ** [redacted] the next day***'s office called back and said they were unhappyWe offered to go back and remove the processor and they could make other arrangements [redacted] from ***'s office stated that her husband worked for a other telephone vendor and she would call backFinally we agreed to discount our total bill of 10%** [redacted] seemed to be ok with that and we got paidAlso as a side note our labor charge at that time was $an hourA.MTelephone has been in business since We feel that we take pride in our work and feel that we give our customers the best and honest service in townThank you, Andrew M [redacted] A.MTelephone
