Great no hassle dealership! I was pleasantly surprised on how nice the work area was and the kindness of the staff You can tell that customer service is a priority here Bobby was great! Background: I was involved in an accident on 85N {a van rear-ended me} Unfortunately, my car was totaled I had a short amount of time to purchase a car and return the rental
Purchase Process: Knowing the type of car I wanted did help I know that I wanted a *** SUV, but was not sure the year or model I searched online for dealerships that had great options I could choose from and then narrowed it down to five places One day I visited all five places, negotiated options, and then finally landing on the *** *** Upon returning home I compared all my options by various categories The #dealership that had the best option in each category was Atlanta Direct Auto {ADA} So I called to set up a time to come and visit again Maggie answered and was nice and informative on the phone We discussed a good time to come by; however, please note that no appointment is need to go to ADA, walk-ins are always welcomed When I arrived I met with Bobby {the same person who received me on my prior visit} He was excellent We discussed the different types of vehicles again, still landing on the *** option There was no pressure at all He wanted to make sure that I would be happy, beyond the purchase process, with my vehicle selection We went over what it means to also take care of the car ~ not just limited to gas and cleaning Maintenance and warranty options were also discussed We even went on another test drive Bobby was very patient and thorough with me For this reason, and countless more, I finally purchased my vehicle from them Icing on the cake, you AUTOMATICALLY get months of warranty No other dealer that I visited offered that This also proved to me that ADA believes in their products and services
Post Purchase: I noticed that my car was riding a bit funny {not just because I was not used to driving an SUV} When I brought it back, Elber {the Mechanic} not only adjusted the controls to normal, but also walked me through the different/more features of my vehicle Needless to say, I LOOOOOVE THE *** *** This vehicle is sooooo smooth
