Called for badly functioning garage door. Business address is less than a mile away. Agent taking the call said I would be charged $39 for the visit not including "parts and labor" Repairman came in several hours. He observed two lights on door misaligned. Fixed it. No parts. Less than 4 minutes labor.
Demanded $39 for visit which I reasonable and 99$ for labor which is absurd....this is an hourly rate of about $1500/hour (remember travel was priced separately). Totally excessive and totality misrepresented...agent I spoke to never said anything about a minimum charge or a celestial hourly rate.
A rip off.
Billing Adjustment Reimburse me 80% of the labor charge....maybe add $10 more to travel charge. Total amount charged at least double any reasonable charge. Have scheduling agent declaire up front minimum charge 1s $138 not $39

Branden and Taylor replaced both of my garage doors along w/ the motors and rails. They were very professional, friendly and punctual. They completed the project in a couple of hours and the finished product was excellent. I am very pleased with their work and would recommend them to my family and friends.
