I hired the company to program and cut a key and transponder for my Toyota 4runnerThe key itself was cut an programmed but the transponder was not, and I was still charged the full amount of $The employee told me that it was an issue with the car, however I contacted my dealership and the car was not the issueIt was an issue with the employee not knowing how to program the transponderIn addition, while providing the serviceThe employee broke part of my door handle while completing the workNow I have to pay an additional $to program the transponder and $to replace the broken partI attempted to contact the company on multiple occasions to help with my requestMy number was eventually blocked, and I have received no compensation
