I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. 
The install they are referring to was my personal home which was done in 2010 by [redacted]. The home in which this report was filed was the home I built for [redacted]. The property address is [redacted] S.C. Atlanta Glass & Mirror is completely aware of which home this is in reference to. We recieved a call from them questioning our complaint filed with the Revdex.com. And just to note the work done on my home by [redacted] was great!
