I am rejecting this response because:My vehicle is still not working properly and I have to return the car to Aamco for the 6th timeMy AC is out againI was told last time that it would be taken to the dealer for proper repair which wasn't the case since days after I picked it up, the same issue occurredAnd I was told yesterday that they were taking it to the dealerIf don't want to incur a huge expense I have no choice but to take my car back to Aamco because they have been paid for the work that was supposed to have been done the 1st timeYes they have provided me with a rental car but it's a huge inconvenience for me having to drive back and forth to *** from *** because my car isn't being repairedAll I needed was my AC fixedI ended up having to get a new windshield which was cracked by the companyThe mechanics set on my tan seats and soiled them with oil and dirtI was told that my car was detailed and the dirt would not come outHowever I purchased some cheap upholsetry cleaner and cleaned some of the dirt out of my seatThat just let me know that no one tried to clean themAnd I'm once again without air in the *** humidityI sent a letter explaining in detail what was going on with my car the 4th time that I had to take it back I explained that my windshield was cracked, my seats and headliner was soiled with dirt, and my AC was making a loud noise. The windshield was replaced and that was all A few days later my AC went out againThis time there is no noise coming from the AC and the AC is blowing warm airI'm suppose to have a NEW compressor a NEW evaporator coil a NEW this and that but there's obviously something wrong and they don't know how to fix it. If my AC isn't fixed properly I'm going to consult an attorney because I've had itI think they have been allotted more than their fair amount of chances to repair my car properly.
Regards,

Dear sirs, on receipt of the complaint from Mr. [redacted] a phone call was immediately placed to him inviting him to our center so that we might examine the vehicle. It was discovered that since the time of the previous repair in 2013 that the vehicle had traveled more than 60,000 miles on a repair...

that had a 12 month or 12,000 mile warranty. In an effort to provide a satisfactory solution for Mr. [redacted] our center has offered to provide a repair at a substantial cost reduction and to issue that repair with a lifetime warranty.  We sincerely hope that this is a satisfactory response and we are waiting to hear back from Mr. [redacted]   Thank You,  [redacted],  Owner
