Atlanta Landscaping Inc aka Adnan (Adam)*** provided common area landscaping services for my subdivision for several years. In the event a homeowner would like their individual home area landscaping completed the landscaper would complete service at a separate fee per homeowner. I would at times request individual services for my bushes hedges to be trimmed and landscaper would provide me a quote and date to complete the task and leave his invoice in my mailbox as usual for payment and I submitted payment to him as requested. In late Sept 2019 landscaper trimmed by hedges for a usual price of $60 we both agreed to prior to work being performed. However, this time after service he did not provide an invoice for payment as usual. On 10/1/19 landscaper knocked on my door in regards to payment which I asked to see the invoice he stated he forgot to provide me one but demanded payment. I went to write him a check for $60 and all of a sudden he says the price is now $90 because I supposedly did not pay an invoice in full from the last time he trimmed my bush hedges. I said no I paid you in full and why would you not state this or better yet perform service for me again if I so called never paid you in full from last service? he could not explain and he does have a bit of a language barrier. I wrote the check for $90 but advised him I will research my records against what he is saying. He took my check and left and as I had to go to work asap. On 10-3-2019 I contacted his company on their office, cell phone, I even sent text messages that I actually have the last invoice with my check number where I paid him in full and I'm requesting a refund of $30. After speaking with landscaper's son verbally he stated he would contact me back regarding the matter as he works on behalf of his dad. In a text message reply from him/company they agreed to refund me but as of to date I never received a refund, response, or any further reply from their office. Please be aware of these scammers and keep records.

Refund Contact the business for a resolution to include refunding me my overpayment. Atlanta Landscaping Inc Adnan (adam) *** *** Trail *** GA XXXXX office XXX XXX XXXX cell XXX XXX XXXX You may say $30 is not alot of money but who knows if this individual/company has done this to others and it was clearly alot when he/company needed it from me even to go as far as lying, then admitting fault, and now ignoring my courteous attempts for resolution. Thank you
We have provided the client with the service and when explaining the charges to her she denied that any service has been provided for the date and she does not owe as much.
Now she is requesting a refund on the work that has been performed and amount of $30.00 was due. The client has been paying, however when we informed her that she has an balance overdue she state that she has no payments do only the current of $60.00, in which she did text and we did speak on the phone however she kept denying that she had any amounts over due.
We have been providing quality service since 2004 and our main goal is to provide the quality over the quantity. Our services are provide to Residential and Commercial properties and this is a first of a kind case.

I don't accept the response from Atlanta landscaping Inc because I did not once deny that the service performed in late aug/Sept 2019 for their company trimming my bush hedges was not performed. I am disputing and requesting a refund which I still have proof in text and verbally from there office stating they will refund me the additional $30 charged me for the service. Not once did or has their company produced a record of me having an outstanding/past due bill with their office for any previous services prior to this last service. However I do have receipts and my checks showing that I've paid them. You have been providing residential community lawn service but this is an individual homeowner issue. Again please refund me the $30 in the same manner you were paid. Check made payable to me.
