Atlanta Mold Testing

Company did mold test and never sent results of test. Called & emailed multiple times but no response.
Travis *** the owner of Atlanta Mold Testing was contacted to conduct a mold test with pictures and report for our home. Travis *** came to our home, took an air quality test for mold along with pictures and the guarantee the samples would be sent to a 3rd party lab called Allstate Environmental Group. The results of test
and the lab report findings would be emailed within 5 days along with recommendations. He was paid by check written out to Andrea *** and not a company and left our home. He said he would fill in check with correct company name and it was an actual person ie Andrea ***. That was 2 months ago on March 22nd 2020. It was our last contact with Travis ***. We repeatedly tried to contact Travis *** & other owner Andrea *** who cashed check by phone & text & email. Neither has never responded. Under further investigation we discovered Travis *** is also the owner of Allstate Environmental Group and mislead us to believe it was a 3rd party lab. Product_Or_Service: Mold Testing

That was 2 weeks ago on January 20th 2020. It was our last contact with Travis ***. We repeatedly tried to contact Travis *** by phone & text. He has never responded. Under further investigation we discovered Travis *** is also the owner of Allstate Environmental Group and mislead us to believe it was a 3rd party lab.
