Have called several times about getting my stuff out of their storage facility! Left several messages with a representativeNo call back from a manager at all! Rep refuses to give contact information for managerManager refuses to call back, keep getting the run aroundTook a weekend, came from GA out of state from SC, to pick up my stuff from storage, kept getting told the manager is the only one with access to storage facility...no call back from manager! I asked for men and truckI got men and they were lateTwo of them were asleep in the truck upon late arrival The movers beat the walls in our new 200K+ dollar house all to hecc and backThey broke a chunk out of one of our new doorsThey broke pieces of my Daughter's furniture, of my Wife's, and a family antique sewing machine, and tried to hide all of itIt took me 3+ hours to patch and paint the walls in the new house The moving truck leaked hydraulic fluid all over my driveway at both houses It took the movers hours to move a BR house, miles costing way more than we had budgeted for 09-22-Follow-UpAfter contacting the company they are proving that their customer service is actually worse than their moving skillsAfter unpacking more boxes we found a lot more broken items, some broken items they even tried to cover up by taping it back together -as if we wouldn't notice itI have honestly never used a more careless, incompetent, and deceptive company in my lifeDo not consider using these Baboons, or you will regret it like we doStill no resolution, the owner acts like they don't care
