I may be able to use the part on a future service and will not give it away. If they want the part They can pay for it like any one else. I will discount the $45.00 core charge but would require payment for the balance. I have not charged any labor besides the initial fee which would have been... $45.00 at this point. I am on the road all day and dont always have time to call people and the office is not always staffed. Feel free to schedule service if you agree to pay balance on part and I will again forget the labor, I feel this is fair as usually electric parts are usually not refundable in this business once installed, but didnt want to stick you with a part that didnt fix problem.

The consumer replaced dishwasher and is still having draining issues, the dishwasher must not be the problem so I can only assume it to be a plumbing issueI am not a plumber and am unable to comment on thatMy original diagnosis was that it wasn't a dishwasher issue but a drain problem and the
recommended routing of hoses was as directed in the owner install guide

I have now resolved the issue on my ownIt was, in fact, a plumbing issueHowever, that doesn't change the point I am making hereI re-routed the hoses exactly as Just Appliance Repair directed me to and the issue persistedJust Appliance Repair's diagnosis was incorrectWhen I wanted to discuss what else it could be, Just Appliance Repair neither answered my calls, nor did they return messagesA few minutes on the phone might have saved me the trouble I've been through and $900.I plan to share my dissatisfaction with Bosch, who recommended Just Appliance Repair and also with anyone I know who might ever require appliance repair services
