I tried ordering a bundle pack and they declined my card for unknown reasons, I tried again because I know I have money and they declined it again. So now I have 2 transactions pending for $140 that they took out my account. Absolutely trash service. I will never purchase anything from them again

I buy a lot of things online and get things shipped to me in as little as two days, and that is with STANDARD SHIPPING ( and NOT premium shipping which a lot of vendors charge extra for). Actually, I don't expect to receive everything in two days and 3 or 4 or even 5 days is quite acceptable. Heck, I won't even complain if it takes a whole week or a day or two beyond that, but after that time I start to worry if it's even EVER going to show up! I'm seriously considering switching to another company if they don't straighten out their act. (ARE YOU PAYING ATTENTION ATLANTEAN ALCHEMY ? !)
