The student involved participated in a CPR class on 2/16/and her card was mailed out approximately weeks laterAtlantic Training Center was unaware that she had not received her card until an email was send on 3/25/In which she had indicated that she had taken the course and not
received her card and needed it by April 1, in order to continue clinical rotationsShe apparently left messages, however did not indicate to which phone number they were left as our system does not allow messages to be left but encourages emailsA reply to her email was made on 3/28/which indicated that the card was mailed to her home and she replied “Thank you”Atlantic Training Center did not hear from her again until 4/2/at which point she indicated that she still had not received her cardAtlantic Training Center then responded by hand delivering her card to her home on 4/6/Her letter to you was dated 3/23/at which point she had not reached out to Atlantic Training Center by her own admission as to the sequence of eventsAdditionally she indicates that her card expired 4/2015, which by the standards of the American Heart Association is the end of the calendar month NOT the beginning of the month which will be 4/30/2015 resulting in no interruption of her "Clinical Rotations"Please let me know if you need further clarification of the events pertaining to this complaintAs mentioned above her card was hand delivered to her house on 4/6/Thank you R
