Good morning,
We have tried to contact this customer in regards to the termite  treatment that was done in October. There may have been miscommunication on this account because the company that treated this property had just merged with Bug Out Service. Kelley Termite & Pest is...

now a partner with Bug Out. The representative treating the property still had [redacted] on her uniform and truck because we were still doing business as [redacted] until fully transitioned. We did have approval to treat the property. Our representative, [redacted] has left a message for the customer and will try to contact again today to discuss.

Refund check has been requested from accounts payable to be processed.

We recognize and understand Mr. [redacted]'s complaints.  Our branch manager, [redacted] spoke to Mr. [redacted] on 2/27 and discussed his concerns.  Mr. [redacted] apologized for his multiple posts on social media and said he removed them.  [redacted] visited the property--the lawn has winter damage as...

does Mr. [redacted]'s neighbors.  [redacted] explained our lawn program and discussed what we would be doing to aid in the repair and improvement of his lawn.  [redacted] explained to Mr. [redacted] that even though the weather warmed, his lawn may not spring back as quickly due to the winter damage and bare areas.  [redacted] also explained that it is still not spring and we will see a dip in the temperatures more than likely causing the growth to slow down. [redacted] provided Mr. [redacted] with his direct phone number and told him to reach out if he needs anything or has questions. We are on the right track but need warmer temps to allow the grass to fill in. [redacted] has spoken with the technician who provides Mr. [redacted]'s service and explained the situation.  He will be using products moving forward to assist in recovery going forward.We are working closely with Mr. [redacted] to resolve his concerns with his lawn.Thank you.
