I called this company June 26thI spoke to [redacted] (who gave himself a star review on this page)I told him the code my refrigerator was throwing and that it was the computerHe stated he would order the part and bring it out the next day (June 27th)He came but had no partHe stated it was back-ordered for 7-days but wanted to check to make sure it wasn't a loose wireI was upset and immediately started searching for the part online while he checkedHe stated the part is where he would begin but that if it did not work he would then order the other partI was really panicking about being without a refrigerator for quite a long time! I found the part before he left but he was not sure it was the correct partI asked him what we were supposed to do and he stated "rent a fridge." Within the hour of him leaving I found the part on [redacted] / and called the companyThey had the part in stock and would ship it overnight as well as assured it was the correct partI called [redacted] and he stated he was not sure it was the correct part and that he did not want to order itI e-mailed it to him; he verified it as the part so I told him I would order itHe said he could not put the part in if it did not come in on the morning because he liked to end his day in the Pikeville areaSo the part arrived at 1:05PMWhen my husband came home he snapped the part inIt did not work so we called the company and were told the other display computer needed to be replaced and they shipped it out immediatelyThe next afternoon the fridge was working wonderfully [redacted] never called back until July 7thI heard a message that he wanted his service call fee for diagnosing my fridgeI called back and left a message I would gladly pay for gas but felt him showing up without the part he ordered and not calling for so long did not merit full service payHis dad promptly called back and argued they never order the parts first but diagnose the problemwhich is NOT what his son said when he came through the door WITHOUT the part and told me it would be 7-daysI told his Dad that I felt it was lazy for his son not to have initiative to order the part and bring it overHis Dad stated they only ordered from a reputable company that allowed returns for yearI mentioned that my company did the sameHe stated that NOW he had a shipping costI reminded him I told his son I was ordering the part and if it was such a great company there was no problemI told him to mail me a bill but I felt the public had a right to know what happens with repairsHe said we had nothing more to talk aboutI will pay my $bill but want others to be awareThe site above will show you HOW TO replace parts as well as offer quick, reliable partsThere seems to be MANY online YouTube videos to assist with repairs before calling this companyThe son did not follow the father's claimed protocol of ordering AFTER diagnosing OR being responsible to cancel the order NOT in stock, which is inconsistent business practices
