Review: Atlantic Design Center renovated our apartment kitchen from floor to ceiling. Within 6 months, the tile floor grout crumbled and came up. Several weeks after contacting [redacted] at Atlantic Design Center, he sent someone to re-grout the tile floor. That grout too crumbled and came up. After several phone calls, voice mail messages and emails, [redacted] apologized for the continued problem and stated he would send someone back again to do the repair. Since, several tiles have cracked and much of all the grout has come up. I have sent [redacted] pictures of the growing problem and he again promised someone would replace the floor. [redacted] has never gotten back to me. No one has come to repair the floor and our problem persists.Desired Settlement: We have lost all confidence in Atlantic Design Center. [redacted]'s workers have done the job twice and were unable to or were simply not qualified to do the job correctly. We paid several thousands of dollars for the overall work, but now we are in a position where the floor needs to be replaced. The sub-floor is uneven. Therefor, we would like a refund in the amount it would cost to replace the entire kitchen floor.

To resolved this matter, we would like to have Atlantic Design Center follow through on its promise to fix the problem. Several tiles are now cracked and much of the grout has crumbled and come up because the floor below is uneven. We would like the kitchen floor replaced at Atlantic Design Center's expense, including the cost of the new tiles, the other necessary supplies and the labor.
