Although these are very nice people they have cost me quite a bit of money so I feel compelled to write this review and not a complaint I have been paying my bills regularly and we had scheduled a drop off of my vehicleAs they should they have a policy that all invoices need to be paid prior to delivery This is a 100% reasonable policyUnfortunately they did not send their bill until the business day before the shipment should arriveI of course paid the bill immediately the next morning specifically at 7:30amSo then less than minutes prior to delivery they called and said they would not be delivering At this point I had taken time from work This was especially frustrating since I had paid the bill and I then forwarded them the confirmation from their own systemOf course all of this could have been avoided with one phone call Now I await for a new and different delivery window Which means more time off from workAll in all they should hold their staff and systems to the same level of accountability they hold their customers to

As they should they have a policy that all invoices need to be paid prior to delivery. This is a 100% reasonable policy. Unfortunately they did not send their bill until the business day before the shipment should arrive.
I of course paid the bill immediately the next morning specifically at 7:30am. So then less than 60 minutes prior to delivery they called and said they would not be delivering. At this point I had taken time from work. This was especially frustrating since I had paid the bill and I then forwarded them the confirmation from their own system.
Of course all of this could have been avoided with one phone call. Now I await for a new and different delivery window. Which means more time off from work.
All in all they should hold their staff and systems to the same level of accountability they hold their customers to.

Atlantic auto storage kept our car for almost five years and they did an amazing job! [redacted] are extremely courteous and professional people and they run a first rate operation. I would recommend them to friends, family and business colleagues alike.
