1-vehicle would not run so I could not test my partsthey wanted to repair it them selves they were suppose to bring back so we could road test it to start warrantythey did not.2-0-sensor rusted in hole because old vehicle so we could not save it it had to come out to get transmission outwe had to charge them.3-they wanted price just for line up front before we disassembly vehicle so as we take things apart we found other thing wrong so price goes up as we inspect parts.4-the phone number on repair order was the only number they had and it does not work so we kept having hard time getting ahold of themand then finally they would call and gave us same number.5-u-bolt threads were rusted and would not come off so we had to buy new one.6-they never told us to save parts or I would have -we clean up everyday because of safety hazard we have to remove parts to metal bin and it got hauled off.7-the vehicle was here for around days because of the bad phone number they would not response back in a timely matter.8-the clip on clutch master hose broke I guess the way he was talking.9-a lady called and was hollering at us and hung up twice and we ask for number she said get it off id on phone of course at that time my phones did not have that optionwe could not call back again because our number in computer does not work
