And worst of all, the manager [redacted] blatantly lied to our face saying that she was not the manager when we were requesting an additional 15min extension for check out15min! They couldn't even accommodate is with thatShe was so rude and disrespectful I can't believe a company would employ someone like that [redacted] even came with housekeeping min prior to our check out and knocked on our door telling us we have to leaveKnowing we had an infant in the roomWhat hotel does that?! We wanted to leave but they told us they don't do refundsWhen we emailed the reservations contact we got no response, even till this day many weeks laterThe front desk agent didn't even try to make up for the inconveniencesI've never experienced such poor customer service
Rooms are dirty, bad cable reception, loud noises at all hours of night, thin walls, extra charges ($per day energy) and $sec deposit once you actually get to the hotel, management asks daily when you pass by front desk what room you are staying inApparently, visitors are NOT welcome to go up to rooms and must wait in lobby, otherwise, guests are charged an additional $Drinks are very weak and measured Only one washcloth provided despite two registered guests in the room, linen is dirtyAlthough the location is great, the problems with this hotel make it NOT WORTH the stay Hotel is very moldy!!!! If you drive, be prepared to hand your keys over to Atlantic Beach and be charged $per day DESPITE THE FACT THAT THE CAR IS PARKED AT A PUBLIC METER ON STREET Although they have "baggage claim tickets," they do not secure your bags as belongings are left out in hotel lobby unsecuredHotel is not responsible for any theft! STAY AT YOUR OWN RISK!
