the store moved with no forwarding address and I had a layayway
I went by the store on Monday, February 5, to make the final payment on my layaway I found that the store was empty with no forwarding informationI called the business number it still answers as the business I left several messages still I have not received a call backI called another business in Carolina and was given the corporate number I have called and left several messages still no return call, (843-797-ext ***) I waited before filing a claim I thought someone would call, when dealing with the company they were very nice my sales person was West, I explained why I needed the layaway because I was having work done on my house so he said as long as I pay on the layaway it wouldn't be a problem and I believed him because they always accepted my paymentsThe cost of the layaway was and I had paid it down to $i just want what the furniture or my money back please help

BUYER BEWARE!!! DECEPTIVE, UNHONEST, CHEAP, FURNITURE, AS WELL AS ADVERTISEMENTORDERED A BEDROOM SET BACK IN JULY I SAW ADVERTISED ON CRAIGSLISTHERE COMES SEPT AND ITS STILL NOT IN!!! FINALLY HAD IT PICKED UP, DELIVERED AND SET UP BY MOVERS I HAD TO PAY FOR MYSELFWHEN I WALKED IN MY BEDROOM IT WASNT EVEN THE SET I PAID FOR AFTER CALLINF AND TELLING THE MANAGER JOHNATHAN HE SAID OHH YES THAT IS THE SET YOU SELECTED , REMEMBER??? I SAID YOU KNOW AND GOD KNOWS THIS IS NOT WHAT I ORDEREDTHE FURNITURE WAS FROM DIFFRENT SETS AND DAMAGED AT THAT !!! AND THEN TOLD ME THAT I HAD TO PAY A 20% RESTOCKING FEE AND PAY TO HAVE IT PICKED UPI WAS LIVID!!! AND THIS IS AN ONGOING ISSUETHEY ARENT GETTING ANYTHING BACK UNTIL THEY GIVE ME BACK THE $I PAID UP FRONT PLUS THE $I HAD TO PAY MY OWN MOVERSTHIS COMPANY IS A TOTAL AND COMPLETE JOKEI SWEAR BY THE GRACE OF GOD, THEY WONT BE IN BUSINESS LONGERTHAT'S A HOLY VOW!!!
